Co-founder of Mazee Creations (PTY) LTD alongside my twin sister who is the founder and fashion designer of the brand.

Problem
High-quality leather handbags led to low repeat purchases due to longevity of the high end puchase.

Solution
Repositioned the brand as “destination handbags,” introducing interchangeable flaps and the concept of collecting experiences, increasing engagement and extending product lifecycle by encouraging more purchases within the brand.
